How much does it cost to open a Taco Via'?
Many variables apply when estimating startup cost, including geographic area,
facility type, size, etc. The average for a 2,100 sq. ft. store is $300,000 per location.
What kind of experience do I need to have?
Restaurant experience is not mandatory. People skills, dedication, and the
willingness to follow the Taco Via' vision is a great start.
What kind of fees are involved?
There is an initial Franchise Fee which provides you access to the operating system
proven since 1968. Taco Via' will provide pre-opening training and opening
assistance. Along with hard work and cooperation you could be on your way to
financial independence.
Franchise Fee: Single location fee of $30,000. Multiple unit fees vary.
Royalty Fee: 4% of the Net Revenues monthly
Advertising Fee: 2% of the Net Revenues monthly
Annual Franchise License Renewal Fee: One Thousand Dollars yearly
What kind of franchises are offered?
Single Store Agreement: Does not give you a written protected area,
however we do work to protect your location.
Area Development/Multi-unit Agreement: Grants the franchisee the exclusive ability
to open a set number of stores, within a demographic area, in a specific time period.
What store dimensions, etc. should I look for?
1. A location must be a minimum of 2,100 sq. ft., measuring 30 ft. wide by 70 ft. deep.
2. Must have good visibility from main road.
3. Parking lots need to be easily accessable.
